IHCNO and the American Nurses Association are partnering to develop international standards for home-based nursing to update the 2014 Home Health Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. Nurses around the world are invited to participate in a research study to shape these scope and standards of professional nursing practice. The study includes 4 surveys, each with a different topic.

1. Diversity of home-based nursing in their countries
2. Scope of home-based nursing practice in their countries
3. Recommendations for Standards of Practice
4. Recommendations for Competencies of professional home-based nurses
